Lobster theme, provider fallbacks, and daemon detach

Dev log: the Lobster code theme lands in the TUI, ordered provider fallback slots add resilience, and the daemon gains a configurable detach mode.

A batch of harness work shipped this week: theming, provider resilience, and a long-requested daemon mode.

Lobster code theme. The TUI now applies the Lobster code theme by default, with a matching Lobster Light variant. Product screenshots were refreshed to match.

Ordered provider fallback slots. A run can now fall through to a second model when the primary provider hits rate limits or downtime, instead of failing the run.

Configurable daemon detach. libre-claw start -d keeps the daemon, dashboard, and Telegram bridge running after the terminal closes, with libre-claw shutdown to stop it.

This is a dev log entry, not a tagged release. Libre Claw is built by Kroonen AI and released under Apache-2.0.
